What is my member login for?

Your member login gives you access to restricted, members-only pages on the HSMG website.

What is my FORUM login?

Changed July 22, 2011: Your FORUM username and password are initally the same as member area login. You can change the forum password in your forum profile and make it different than the member area, however, we do not recommend it, in order to keep things as simple as possible.

Can I change my username(s) and password(s)?

Absolutely! Your username for the member area and password for member area can be changed in the "My Membership" section of the member area. This WILL NOT change your forum username and password.

What if I don't remember my login information and I don't know my member number?

Contact the HSMG Administrative Office and we can look it up for you.

I have a new email address, but I forgot my login and the notice is being sent to my old email address! What do I do?

Contact the HSMG Administrative Office and we can change the email on file for you and give you your login information.

What is my SHOPPING CART login?

The shopping cart is a completely separate system. Your username and password for the shopping cart are whatever you set it up to be when you registered as a customer to make a purchase. You can change your username and password in the shopping cart by logging into the shopping cart and then clicking "My Account" in the right-hand column.

We can't view your shopping cart password, but can change it for you, if you have trouble.
