Registration Information
Do you want an opportunity to interact with hundreds of potential customers? Have a chance to have your product and services in front of the right people at the right time who want to buy? Then sign up to be a vendor at the HSMG 2012 Annual Conference in Portland, OR! You will get the opportunity to meet and talk with individuals who are interested in supporting you as much as you support the HSMG. Sign up today as spots are limited.
This year the schedule allows exhibitors to stay open for the duration of the conference, with very little "closed" time. There are also periods set aside in the schedule for exhibitor networking to allow the attendees ample time to visit the exhibitors exclusively.
The HSMG 2012 Annual Conference is open to members and non-members of the Handcrafted Soapmakers Guild to be vendors. Members are entitled to a discount on the Vendor Registration fee.
What Comes With Your Registration?
Every registration includes:
- 8 - ft draped table in the exhibitor section, chair and wastebasket
- Access to all Speaker topics and sessions including the Experts Panel
- Access to all special events, parties and networking events
- All conference meals and breaks
- Conference attendee pack.

- Entry to the Awards Dinner on May 11, 2012

- Opportunity to conduct pre-orders for conference attendees, advertised on our website and promoted to our membership.

Registration does NOT include:
- Guestrooms at the Red Lion on the River Hotel. (Attendees ARE entitled to a discounted room rate; see the Conference Hotel page for more details.)
- Ground transportation to and from the hotel.
- Any meals outside of those outlined in the conference schedule.
Registration Fees and Deadlines
Member Rates
- Members Only early-early-bird rate of $559.00.
Expires on January 31, 2012. - Members standard registration is $599.00.
Starts February 1, 2012 and goes to conference date.
Non-Member Rates
- Non-Member early-early-bird rate of $679.00.
Expires on January 31, 2012. - Non-Member standard registration is $719.00.
Starts February 1, 2012 and goes to conference date.
Guests
If you want to bring an additional helper with you to Portland who won't be attending the conference presentations, but will help in your booth and join you for meals, you can purchase a guest meal ticket. The cost is $295.00 and covers all meals and the Awards Dinner and any special parties. Purchase Guest Meal Ticket.
Cancellation Policy
For fully paid registrations on canceled on or before November 30, 2011, the HSMG will issue a refund for 50% the conference registration fee paid. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after November 30, 2011. Cancellations must be made in writing either via email to conference@soapguild.org or by regular mail to HSMG, 178 Elm St., Saratoga Springs, NY, 12866.
