2012 Conference Installment Plan
As a courtesy to members of the Handcrafted Soapmakers an installment plan option is available for members only.
As has always been the HSMG policy, a member may use his/her member number to register up to three associates (family, business associates, partners, etc) to accompany him/her to the conference and receive the member rates for the associates. The installment plan option may be used for the associates as well as the HSMG member.

Installment Plan Details
Any member wishing to register for the 2012 Conference and pay on installments must submit a 2012 Conference Registration & Installment Agreement form by mail or fax to the HSMG. This document will serve both as the Conference Registration and as the installment agreement.
To be accepted and valid, the Registration & Installment Agreement form must be received by the HSMG on or before November 30, 2011. While on the installment plan, the member is considered to be fully registered for the 2012 Conference and will receive all notices, updates, materials and information sent to conference attendees.
The installment payment amount will be calculated based on the Member Registration Fee at the time the form is submitted ($429 until June 30, 2011; $469 from July 1 - November 30). The installment payment plan allows for the Registration Fee to be paid in four (4) equal payments. There is an additional administrative fee of $3 per installment payment (a total of $12 during the installment plan).
A valid credit card number must be provided on the 2012 Conference Registration & Installment Agreement form. The first installment payment will be charged when the form is received and the registration processed. Subsequent payments will be charged on the day of the month specified in the agreement (you can choose the date you want the card charged).
Failed Payments
Your credit card will be automatically charged on the date you specify. In the event the credit card charge fails for any reason, there will be a $25 fee assessed. To attempt to resolve the matter, we will notify you by phone and email. You will have 72 hours to correct the issue or provide a new, valid form of payment. If after 72 hours you have not replied and provided a valid form of payment, your conference registration will be considered canceled and the Cancellation Policy (see below) will apply.
Cancellation Policy - Installment Plan
For registrations paid on the installment plan which are canceled on or before November 30, 2011 the HSMG will retain 50% the conference registration fee and issue a refund any amount received over 50% of the registration price. If less than 50% of the registration fee has been paid, no refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after November 30, 2011. Cancellations must be made in writing either via email to conference@soapguild.org or by regular mail to HSMG, 178 Elm St., Saratoga Springs, NY, 12866.
