Corporate Membership

A Corporate Membership is for a business that supports the handcrafted soap industry. A Corporate Member receives the combined benefits of the Soapmaker and Vendor memberships, all benefits of the Patron Benefactor Level and some additional benefits for Corporate Members only.

A Corporate Membership is different from other memberships in that the membership is in the name of the business and there may be up to 5 individuals who can utilize member benefits. They are designated as the Primary Member (1) and Associate Members (up to 4).

A Corporate Membership receives the following benefits:

• One subscription to The Handcrafted SoapMaker (4 issues)
• Membership plaque, suitable for display
• Branded lye calculator
• One free conference registration or vendor table
• Use of Member Seal
• Vendor discounts
• Participation in Referral Program
• Inclusion of a listing in the OnLine Soapmaker Roster (optional)
• Inclusion of a picture of his/her soap in the Soap Gallery (optional)
• Inclusion of a listing in the the OnLine Vendor Listing (optional)
• Banner on all listings
• Priority placement of all ads and banners
• 20% discount on advertising placed in The Handcrafted Soapmaker

The Primary Member of a Corporate Membership receives the following benefits:

• Right to designate who the four Associate Members are, and to change them at any time
• Voting rights

The Primary Member and all Associate Members of a Corporate Membership receive the following benefits:

• eNews subscription
• Participation in Member Forum
• Use of Member Resource Library
• Access to Advanced Lye Calculator
• Right to become and HSMG Certified Soapmaker
• Protection under the HSMG Code of Ethics
• Ability to respond (on behalf of the corporate member business) to information requests coming from the Public Info Requests form on the HSMG website
• Access (on behalf of the corporate member business) to sales leads generated from HSMG magazine ads promoting handcrafted soap
• Right to volunteer and/or serve on a committee
• Annual Conference registration discount

Dues: $1,500.00 per year - Join or Renew as a Corporate Member
