The Vendor Membership is for businesses that provide products or services to those in the handcrafted soap industry. The membership is in the name of the company or business.

Tier 3 benefits are designed to provide the HSMG items and services most often purchased by vendors as a single, all-inclusive package, but at a smaller level than Tier 2.

Code of Ethics

By joining the Handcrafted Soapmakers Guild, you agree to abide by the HSMG Code of Ethics.

Company Contacts

A Vendor Membership is in the name of the COMPANY. It can have two people connected to it, an Owner and a Contact Person, both with login privileges. This allows the owner of the company to assign duties relative to maintenance of their HSMG membership, if desired. Information about the Owner is required; designating a Contact Person is optional.

If designated, the Contact Person will receive all notices, eNews and other information from the HSMG, and the Owner will only receive notices when the membership is due to expire or has expired. If there is no Contact Person designated, the owner will receive all notices.

NOTE: The Contact Person can be added or changed at any time by contacting the HSMG Administrative Office.

Important Tax Notice

Due to the HSMG’s lobbying and advocacy activities, only 50% of your dues are tax deductible for the calendar year 2012. If you have any questions please consult you tax advisor.

PLEASE NOTE: Your membership will be processed in the HSMG office within 1 business day. At that time you will be sent an email with your member number, membership details and HSMG Member Area log-in information.
