If you are coming to the HSMG Annual Conference, and want to bring a guest, you can purchase a meal ticket only so your guest can join you for all the conference meals, including the Awards Dinner and any special parties.

Awards Dinner
We realize that sometimes people need to leave early. If you know you are going to have to leave before the Awards Dinner, let us know using the option below so we have the correct counts for the Awards Dinner and the food is not wasted.
Cancellation Policy
For fully paid registrations on canceled on or before November 30, 2011 the HSMG will issue a refund for 50% the conference
registration fee paid. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after November 30, 2011.
Cancellations must be made in writing either via email to
conference@soapguild.org or by regular mail to HSMG, 178 Elm St, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.
