The HSCG Conference is a paperless conference, we accomplish this by providing all of the teacher handouts in electronic format only. This is beneficial to you, the attendee, because we won’t have to carefully count copies and you will be able to access the handouts from every speaker (not just the presentations you attend) both at the conference and long after it concludes.
Bring a laptop, tablet, notebook or smart phone to access materials and handouts. (Or you can print them out before you arrive)
You will be able to access the electronic files on the HSCG website (login required). From there you will be able to view or download all of the materials. You will also be able to access the schedule, teacher bios, topic titles and other on-the-ground conference details in a mobile-friendly format. The materials will be available from the start of the conference and will remain permanently available to you.
We will still have our 32-page color Conference Program Book in traditional paper format, as well as the popular Coupon Book with special offers from our many Vendor members. And, of course, ballots and other "official" paperwork will still be in paper format. We look forward to working with you on our new "Going Green" goals for the HSCG Conference!
