Getting to the 2020 Conference is easy! Whether you are flying or driving (or flying and then driving) all the information you need to plan for smooth traveling is below.
Bradley International Airport (BDL) is served by nearly every major airline and quite a few minor ones and is 15 miles from the Hartford Marriott. You can learn more about BDL on their website, including available airlines and locational information.
If you fly in, you have several options for getting from the airport to the Hartford Marriott, where the Conference will be held.
You can order an Uber to and from Bradley International Airport via the Uber app (available on Apple and Android devices). The price for your fare will depend on what option you choose, but if you choose the economy option, the price will be comparable or even a bit less than a standard taxi.
If you'd prefer to take a taxi from BDL, services are available from the airport. To learn more about pricing, you can visit the Taxi Cab Services page on BDL's website.
If you are planning to rent a car, there are several car rental agencies located at the airport, and you can make reservations in advance online or by phone. Also consider making your car rental reservation with your airline reservation; sometimes you can get good discounts by packaging them together. For a complete list of car rental services located at Bradley International Airport, please visit their site here.
The Hartford Marriott is located Hartford, CT 15 miles from Bradley International Airport. The venue address is: 100 Columbus Blvd, Hartford, CT 06103.
Parking fees vary depending on your preference.
Valet Parking at the Hotel is $23 daily, and will be charged to your room automatically.
Self Parking at the Hotel is $19 daily, and must be paid at the time of parking.
The Bradley Flyer Shuttle operates 7 days per week on an hourly schedule, and the Connecticut Convention Center is the first stop on the shuttle's route! The shuttle only costs $1.75 per trip, and is a great economical alternative to Uber or taxi services. You can learn more about the Bradley Flyer Shuttle here.
The Hartford dash Shuttle offers free transportation around Hartford, with stops at the Connecticut Convention Center, hotels, restaurants, arts and culture destinations, and Union Station. This is a great free service if you want to get out and see Hartford! The dash Shuttle operates weekdays from 7am to 7pm, but hours may be extended when a large event takes place downtown.
