Transportation

Getting to the 2024 Conference is easy! Whether you are flying or driving (or flying and then driving) all the information you need to plan for smooth traveling is below.

Air Transportation

Bradley International Airpot (BDL): BDL is serviced by most major airlines, including Air Canada, American Airlines, Delta, Southwest and United Airlines. BDL is also only about 18 minutes away from the Connecticut Convention Center.

Airport to Hotel

If you fly in, you have a few options to get from the airport to the Marriott Hartford Downtown, where the Conference will be held.

30-Bradley Flyer

The 30-Bradley Flyer connects directly to the Connecticut Convention Center from Bradley International Airport and operates 7 days per week. A ride on the 30-Bradley Flyer only costs $1.75 and is a very convenient and fast way to get to the conference venue! To access the 30-Bradley Flyer from Bradley International Airport, you'll go to Terminal A's Baggage/Arrival level and head out door #6. Uber & Lyft

Uber and Lyft are the two ride app companies authorized to operate at Bradley International Airport. The pickup area for these services is marked as "Ride App Pick-Up" outside of door #2 on the Arrivals/Baggage claim level. An estimate from Uber's website shows that a ride from BDL to the conference venue is approximately $30.

Taxi

The rate for a taxi will depend on the company. Taxis are available outside of the Arrivals/Baggage claim level, between exit doors 2 and 3 - an attendant will help you find a taxi.

Car Rental

The Ground Transportation Center is located adjacent to BDL's main terminal, Terminal A. It is within walking distance and can be accessed by a sheltered walkway directly from the terminal.
