Ground Transportation

April 30 - May 2, 2010, Denver, Colorado

There are five recommended options for ground transportation to and from the Denver Airport and the Inverness Hotel and Conference Center.

Hotel Shuttle

The Inverness has an on-site ground transport service. A special rate of $90.00 per person round trip has been arranged. This service will include a greeter at the airport to direct you to your car and direct transport to the hotel. To arrange this service, please email the hotel directly at amcinerney@destinationhotels.com with the following information:

• Name
• Arrival date
• Arrival time
• Airline
• Flight number
• Departure date
• Departure flight time

If you decide to use this service, once you arrive to Denver International Airport there will be a greeter in baggage claim next to door #506 wearing a red shirt holding a Handcrafted Soapmakers sign. Door #506 is on the west side next to baggage claim #16. Please call 303-598-4073 the day of arrival if your flight is cancelled, changed or if you’re having trouble finding the greeter. You will be notified of your departure once on property.

Super Shuttle

Super Shuttle is available at the Denver Airport. The fare to The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center is $23 each way. The Super Shuttle makes multiple stops and could take up to 90 minutes to reach the Inverness. Same-day reservations can be made at the Ground Transportation desk in the airport terminal. Big Sky Airport Shuttle

Big Sky Airport Shuttle is offering special rate of $18.00 one way and $24.00 round trip to and from Denver International Airport. You can purchase tickets on line at www.bigskyshuttle.com or at the ticket counter inside the Denver Airport (across from the tourist information booth and next to the RTD counter). Taxi Service

Taxi service is available from the Denver Airport 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The fare from the airport to The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center is approximately $75 one way, not including gratuity. Phone numbers are below to the two main companies:

Car Rental

Denver International Airport is serviced by all major car rental agencies. Reservations should be made in advance directly with the car rental service in order to get the best prices.
