My name is Nataly and I’m the owner and Master Artisan at Nath Soap Company. Our Artisan Soaps are handcrafted with high quality ingredients like Organic Coconut Oil and Avocado Oil, and Essential Oils specifically chosen to ensure a hard, long lasting and cleansing bar of soap. The Apiarian Home was founded by Netta Caligari, a beekeeper and apitherapist based in Fort Collins, Colorado. It is a female-owned, minority-owned small business built on the belief that honeybees have something profound to teach us, and working alongside them is one of the most meaningful things a person can do.

The bees found Netta in 2018, when hive medicines helped resolve a health crisis that conventional medicine had not been able to address. What began as personal healing became a years-long study of apitherapy, beekeeping, and the extraordinary intelligence of the colony. Netta now keeps one to two hives in her backyard, and the bees remain her teachers, her collaborators, and the heart of everything she creates.

We offer soaps made the old fashioned way with updated ingredients. Every bar has something from the hive either beeswax, honey or both. The soaps are scented with essential oils. We prefer to use natural colorants. However nature identical micas can be fun. Each product is made personally by us from start to finish. We self-test all products before we sell them. Each variety of soap is produced in small batches of 18 to 20 bars. The freshly made soap is hand cut into bars and allowed to cure for 6 weeks. Because the soap is hand cut no two bars will be exactly alike.

CVA Products was born out of love and necessity. When my daughter developed eczema, I struggled to find products that could soothe her sensitive skin without harsh chemicals. Frustrated with store-bought solutions, I turned to nature, ancient remedies, and my own hands. What started as a simple experiment with goat milk soaps in my kitchen soon transformed into something life-changing. Not only did it help my daughter, but it began to help others in our community, too.

That’s when I knew this was more than a personal remedy — it was a calling.

I am a mom of 3 who started making soap and body products to avoid nasty chemicals found in commercial baby/children's bath & body products. I expanded my product line to create simple, affordable products for our whole family. With owning a farm, we care about what is going into the food we eat, and it is also important to watch what we put on our skin as well.

It all begins with a dream and an unshakable conviction that we can choose better. A drive for something more. To create a product provided by nature, an intentional mood board pinned from the art of minimalism to the courageous creatives and everything in between. A wash-off product washing off the stress of the day.

Our ingredients cannot be labelled as organic because they are non-agricultural and are harvested primarily in nature or in the wild. We do not compromise on quality. Our ingredients do not contain toxic pesticides, chemical fertilizers or genetically modified organism. Our small scale suppliers do not have the capacity or economics to certify, however, they still follow the same high standards as organic farming. It is important for Miche Scott Handmade to support small businesses.

Our goal is to be paperless, but we recognize there's no 100% sustainability. Progress versus perfection is our mindful mantra.At the moment, we use paper with an inner PLA lining created from plant-based material. Our mailers are intentionally made from corn.Our packaging cycle aims to minimize the environmental footprint. We also plant a tree for each purchase.

At Mountain Valley Botanics we produce high quality hydrosols from Certified Organic aromatic herbs and flowers in traditional copper alembic stills. We offer sizes from 4oz spray bottles to 5 gallon jugs. We primarily sell our hydrosols to small and mid-scale skin care companies and customers looking for simple, high quality skin care product for personal use.

Nestled in Southwestern Colorado, scenic Telluride should be on everyone’s “bucket list.” This idyllic mountain community became our inspiration for abandoning the high stress of corporate life and branch out to focus on taking care of ourselves and helping others do the same. Not surprisingly, Telluride offered many opportunities to learn more about natural ingredients with input from like-minded artisans and handcrafters. 

Previous work with a mid-size skin care company led us to discover how difficult it is to adequately eliminate harsh chemical preservatives and synthetics from sourced ingredients and base products. Locating labs willing to formulate without these additives was difficult. It became clear that working in-house on a smaller scale was essential to bringing authentic, truly natural products to market. 

Hence, Smart By Nature was born. Starting with small batch soaps and evolving into a full line of bath and body products, our company is inspired by nature and passionate about sustainability and reducing environmental impacts.

The Apiarian Home was founded by Netta Caligari, a beekeeper and apitherapist based in Fort Collins, Colorado. It is a female-owned, minority-owned small business built on the belief that honeybees have something profound to teach us, and working alongside them is one of the most meaningful things a person can do.

The bees found Netta in 2018, when hive medicines helped resolve a health crisis that conventional medicine had not been able to address. What began as personal healing became a years-long study of apitherapy, beekeeping, and the extraordinary intelligence of the colony. Netta now keeps one to two hives in her backyard, and the bees remain her teachers, her collaborators, and the heart of everything she creates.

The Apitherapy Side — Deeper Healing Through Hive Medicine

The second side is the apitherapy practice. Where the product line brings the energy of the hive into everyday life, the apitherapy practice goes deeper into the medicinal properties of hive materials, and their capacity to support human healing.

Apitherapy is the therapeutic use of bee products, including honey, propolis, royal jelly, bee pollen, bee bread, beeswax, hive air, api-sound, and bee venom for wellness and healing. These medicines have been used across cultures for thousands of years, and modern research continues to explore their remarkable properties. Hive medicines are being studied and used by practitioners for a wide range of conditions including inflammatory and autoimmune conditions such as arthritis and lupus, chronic pain and nerve pain, skin conditions including acne, eczema, and alopecia, respiratory issues, oral health, neurological support, immune function, wound healing, and so much more.

Hi! We’re Brian and Leah, a newlywed couple who embarked on a journey to create something truly special together. In August 2024, we started our small-batch soap business, making products for friends, family, and coworkers. The overwhelmingly positive feedback encouraged us to expand quickly, and before we knew it, we were selling at local farmers markets. Now, we’re focusing on expanding our reach with in-store products, an online website, and social media to connect with even more people. What started with cold process soap quickly blossomed into lotions, balms, shampoo and conditioner bars, body butters, and more. Leah has taken the lead in creating these thoughtful, limited-ingredient recipes, each one designed with purpose and care. Brian has also developed his own popular line of men's beard products, balms, and oils. Previously, Brian was mostly unsatisfied with the conditioning ability and overpowering scent in most beard products. The Bald Guy's beard product line provides an alternative that is highly conditioning and nourishing with a more subtle scent that will not overpower you.

Our mission behind this business is simple: we wanted to live a more self-sourced, sustainable life. By making products like soap, lotion, lip balm, laundry detergent, and toothpaste ourselves, we’re able to control what goes into our bodies and avoid the unnecessary fillers and chemicals found in most store-bought items. This journey is our first step toward living a life untethered from consumerism and unhealthy big-brand products. Looking ahead, we’re excited to transition to a homestead in Maine, where our soap and skincare business will be just one of several revenue streams we maintain as we live off the land. At Goat Isle Soap, we make cold process soap in small batches using raw goats milk and natural ingredients. For exfoliation and presentation, we use herbs, spices, clays, dried flowers and honey, which come from local farms. Our Fern Isle line consists of plant based soaps made using the same cold process method. We also offer solid shampoo bars and solid pet shampoo which is a specially designed line of solid shampoo bars for your dog.

In addition, we specialize in creating natural skincare products including body scrubs, balms and lotions. All of these items are made with the same standard as our soaps which incorporates high quality ingredients with inspiration from nature to heal your body and skin.
