Custom Product Requests
Here at HSCG Headquarters, we receive quite a few calls and emails from potential consumers looking for quality handcrafted soap, cosmetics, and candles. Some consumers are looking for products for personal use or gifts. Some consumers are looking for more customized products for wedding favors, products for special allergy needs, or even wholesale requests.
This is where our customer request feature comes in! Using the Custom Request form, potential customers can provide information about the products they’re looking for. Then, if you’re a Professional Member, you’ll be able to access these requests in the Member Area and respond if you feel like the request is a good fit.
The ability to see and respond to Custom Requests is available to current Professional Members; you can see requests here.
